OBT July 9, 10, 2022.

Hope you are doing well and safe.

My views & opinion are not only on the OBT session but as a whole of “Mayur Suvarna Vivek Kalbag”.

OBT was a wonderful experience I was highly obliged that I got an opportunity to attend this session but most importantly it was YOU that made this session so meaningful , Lovely & Soul soothing.

There were few things which put you apart from other corporate trainers which I loved about and would try to incorporate in my life.

Confidence – The way you portrayed yourself in front of the entire team was wonderful. You were also confident in your methodology of imparting knowledge unique from the rest of the crowd but very effective than the others.

Energetic – Not even a single time in the session we felt that you were out of place each and every conversation & activities were on point and had a meaning which made us in a constant mode of thinking what will the next conversation teach us, we were eager to learn new way of thinking you made us think uniquely.

Friendly – You have a lovely nature the session was like a friend giving us life lessons not even a single time I felt that you are a trainer and we are here attending training session. I also felt like sharing every things with you that to in a very comfortable manner which I hardly do with others.

Positivity & Spirituality – Positivity is on next level when you are around especially when you speak your voice itself spreads positive vibes to the people around you. I felt that while having breakfast along with you in the morning.

Now talking about the session Out Bound Training (OBT)

Unique – The session was entirely unique I have never attended any training session like this. In fact I feel I was blessed that we got you as a Corporate trainer.

Meaningful & Knowledgeable – Every words conversation, presentations done inside and outside the conference room had a deep meaning and a great sense of knowledge.

Interactive – One can hardly find any interactive sessions now a days It was lovely doing all the interactions not only with you but also with other team members. The games we played the presentation that we did it was like you made us understand the solution of our problems in a unique manner.

Yoga Power of Vibrations – Superb one of the lovely things that I have done in my life that too on the banks of a lake with the cool breeze and a slight drizzle from the gods of rain I literally felt Goosebumps while doing Om Vibrations, I have a problem of feeling restless which I have shared with you, but during that moment I realized that this was the thing that I was looking for a long period of time. It touched my soul and would definitely incorporate in my Life.

I usually look up to Nihit Parikh & Kishore Malpani and consider them as my role model the way they think and what they have achieved in their professional life. Just like you have Vineet sir in your life.

I would love to have you as a mentor who would guide me through my spiritual journey and I would also love to spread the power of vibrations & positivity to my family friends & colleagues like you do to your fellow people.

Thanks a lot & Love you a lot for giving your valuable time, spreading love, positivity & knowledge through your words your thinking.

Parikshan Anubhav – 9 & 10 July, 2022

To my mind, training with regards to self development usually contains elements such as Johari Window, a bundled needs hierarchy theory, some odds and ends about growth, confidence building and emotions and if it is really good, some understanding of self awareness.

Usually one does not add meditation, a trek thought the lovely outdoors, breathing exercises, & most importantly a cool dude hippy trainer to the mix.

Via an unlikely cancellation I ended up in the place of a colleague for the training but from the initial baithak with Mayur in the office, I felt a strong vibe which felt positive, divine even.

Right from the initial introduction session which felt truly different, helped us to get to know our ‘dude’ trainer and indicated how this parikshan was going to be different from others.

It become more so apparent in the session in the evening wherein teams divided by Mayur got together to present on topics varying from celebrities, corporate leaders, life learnings, adventure sports and surprisingly animals and insects!

It got apparent more so, that while presenting those topics Mayur brought about to the participants a sense of understanding and warmth. Correcting the participants, encouraging them, supporting and advising them.

It did turn out to be quite a fruitful session, which lead to a lot of new ideas and some pretty important older ones bring brought out.

Some that needed discarding & some that needed adopting.

As the session ended we did come out a little enlightened and a little emphatic as well.

One of the highlights of the event was the morning Trek and the subsequent breathing exercises and the self induced meditation which was conducted in the most pristine and serene environments.

Speaking for myself here, it was truly exhilarating to be one with the environment.

As the rains fell we made our way back drenched in more than one way, We reviewed what we learnt, in the next session which brought about thoughts and opinions to which ideas was learnt and ingrained the best, which in turn leads to new inner feelings been brought forth.

As we concluded our session with a fun blow pipe exercise and letting our thoughts run wild on a poor T-shirt along with final goodbyes.

I began to think was it truly a self development training I had attended or something much deeper.

As I cannot put enough words to these past couple of days, I would like the hippy cool dude who made it possible.

Dear Mayur,

First of all a Big Thank you for the amazing training Session.

I have never ever attended such a training in my career which is without presentations, yet at the same time a life changing experience altogether.

Your training was a beautiful amalgamation of Spirituality, Professional Guidance and Mental wellbeing.

Just loved the whole experience of starting the sessions with powerful positive vibrations and taking it further by involving everyone to not just think, write , reflect but to extract the best techniques of working on themselves which forces them to perform in much better way not just Professionally but in their Personal space as well.

The Methodology with which you provide training is so wonderful, where you involve every single person in the room to participate and give them opportunity to speak on public platform which further enhances their confidence.

Lastly the Trek and Meditation , the most Mesmerizing experience , which teaches us to how important it is in today’s busy world to connect with mother nature for our own health.

Dear Mayur Sir,

To start with would like to thank you sir for conducting this session and giving me an opportunity to be a part of the same.

The past two days have been a mixture of both learnings and fun. The very first activity wherein we had to present few of the qualities which we feel are of utmost importance in the corporate world and even as an individual. It did feel nice to hear from all their views. That moment even I got a chance to speak about my drawback. I was able to open up only because the kind of comfort you had created in that room. Even though the session lasted long but not even a single time I got the feeling of boredom. Later the free time wherein we went to enjoy in the pool was another fun activity within itself.

The next morning i.e.. the trek was one of the best mornings i have ever experienced. The weather that moment was like a cherry on the cake for all of us. Through meditation the vibe which you created that time was soothing and to be honest it definitely brought relief in my body, every word of yours made me feel calm. I am definitely going to push myself to start meditating once in a day.

Also the discussion regarding the extractions on the previous days activity was another great thing that happened, than the shooting activity and the T-shirt painting which I am very sure all of us have enjoyed to the core.

This was a much needed session as it did give me a chance to understand what i need to work upon.
Sir I really appreciate for putting your time, efforts and trying your best to make our life better with your positivity. You bring some next level vibe whenever around people.

Hi Mayur,

It was amazing two days with you as the workshop was an amalgamation of Corporate, Spirituality, Fun, Masti and lot of learnings.

First day it was unleashing myself. Extracting the possible best qualities in myself and listing upon areas to work. Best part of the first day was we were working in teams (Cross functional). That really helped me to know my other team mates also. How to work with team and get along with the people whom I didn’t knew earlier was a interesting part. Above all it was an interactive session between you and us so it kept us engaged.

Second day was even more fascinating as we stepped out of the training room and went in nature’s lap and learn from it. It was simply awesome to know what nature can teach us.

Of course you made It made more impactful with your own unique style.

Post breakfast it was total fun playing bamboo dart game followed by sketching and being a innocent child again….

Over-all my take away is the things I need to improve on:
1: Have to work on structuring of thoughts before speaking
2: And filling the gaps in group presentation if I know the content which is missing.

Dear Mayur

After attending your workshop session on Stress Management, I was looking forward to attend another session from you and was really excited when that opportunity came across – this time a session on CREATIVE THINKING; I always had a feeling that I am creative but never every understood how to channelize my thoughts towards that direction, it was your session that help me convert that FEELING into BELIEF that I am a creative person and I can do wonders with this skills.

Creativity can’t be trained, it can only be facilitated, and you did that brilliantly; you made me realize that engaging self in the small things of life can bring so much joy and it actually adds the flavors to the Creative Juice within our mind.

Dear Mayur

Allow me to share with you just how much I enjoyed the training I underwent last week. It was truly excellent and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with your method. The process of ‘extraction’ and ‘super-extraction’ in each exercise made every single participant delve deep into the reservoir of their experiences. It is these reflections that made our learning so relatable and relevant to our work. Your strength in bringing out this sharing from participants was clearly visible. Training that is filled with mere jargon and theory stops horrendously short of its applicability to day-to-day work-life – yours was conspicuous for the absence of rhetoric and jargon.

I could see the progressive blossoming of participants over the three days and I have every confidence that what they took from the sessions will stay with them for a long, long time – hopefully forever!

I certainly intend to recommend your training to other organizations who I am sure will benefit from the investment, just as I am sure we will.
