Chief Facilitator and Trainer of
SPANDAN CONSULTING

His career in conducting Training Programs and Motivational Speaking began in the 2001 with one of the largest auto manufacturing and also one of the most prestigious organizations in the world, TATA MOTORS. Prior to evolving and becoming a Corporate Trainer, Mayur worked with Reffco Securities- (now Philip Capital) as its Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant. It was just an amazing turn of events when he got an opportunity to execute a weekend Training session for some Managers of Tata Motors in Pune while still working with Philip Capital and then there was no looking back. The number of training programs with Tata motors increased multifold and other clients like Infosys and ICICI Bank also began hiring his skills.

Methodology, Approach and Techniques in Training

Archery & Blow-Pipe Shooting and other Adventure Activities: While conducting programs specifically on Self Excellence, Leadership, Innovation and Stress Management, Mayur has been using activities such as Archery, Blow-pipe Target Shooting, Abstract Painting and Sculpture. His aim has been to offer his perspectives on the above topics; through such activities which themselves represent great values and learning. Yoga & Vibrations of Deep Sound Techniques also play an important role in his seminars specifically on Managing Stress and Self-Motivation as well as on Leadership subjects. It is highly interactive as every participant is actually made to not only see the activity but execute it with Active Feedback, Live Demonstrations and Individual Practice.

ON-SPOT-FEEDBACK or The OSF initiative has been critically appreciated by his clients, especially as it becomes a very useful process for the participants towards receiving feedback which is immediate or rather, ‘on the spot’. This facilitates the participant to quickly absorb the feedback and even begin the process of Positive Implementation.

Another approach of Mayur has been invoking and inspiring the View- String Approach, where he invites variant and diverse ‘points of view’ from all the participants on a particular subject and then, adding his own perspectives, he begins stringing them together to create a unique and quite literally a dynamic collage of practical learnings.
